SHIPPING
Here a Stitch Studio ships within Canada. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Orders are shipped by Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS.
Shipping is a flat rate based on region, which are below.
Maritime Provinces (NS, NB, PEI)
- $11 – orders that weighing less than 250 grams
- $14 – orders over 250 grams
Ontario and Quebec
- $14 – orders weighing less than 250 grams
- $17 – orders over 250 grams
Rest of Canada (NL, MB, SK, AB, BC, YT, NT, NU)
- $17 – orders weighing less than 250 grams
- $20 – orders over 250 grams
We make every effort to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
RETURNS
Returns will be excepted within 30 days of purchase for refund. To receive a refund, product must be unused and in new condition. You will not receive a refund for shipping charges.
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

If there is an error with your order, and you received the wrong product, please contact us right away, so we can correct the issue.
