SHIPPING
Here a Stitch Studio ships within Canada. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
We ship using Canada Post, Purolator or UPS.
Lettermail is an option for small, lighter orders, and tracking is not including.
Shipping cost will show in shopping cart before checkout.
We make every effort to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
RETURNS
Returns will be excepted within 14 days of purchase for refund. To receive a refund, product must be unused and in new condition. You will not receive a refund for shipping charges.
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

If there is an error with your order, and you received the wrong product, please contact us right away, so we can correct the issue.
